Göltaş Göller Bölgesi Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Göltaş Çimento”) iş başvurumun değerlendirilmesi için 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu anlamında; Ad-soyad, ehliyet bilgisi, doğum yeri – tarihi, medeni hali, cinsiyet gibi kimlik verilerimi, adres, telefon numarası, e-posta adresi gibi iletişim bilgilerimi, özgeçmişime ilişkin verileri, eğitim ve iş tecrübesine ilişkin bilgileri, yabancı dil ve bilgisayar bilgisi dâhil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere her türlü kişisel bilgiyi (“Kişisel Veriler”), Sağlık durumu, engellilik durumu, ehliyet, kan grubu, din bilgisi, sabıka kaydı, sendika bilgisi, gibi başvuru formunda yer alan diğer veriler dâhil kişisel verilerimi işlemesine (“Özel Nitelikli Kişisel Veri”), Yukarıda sayılan Kişisel Veriler’imin, Yabancı Dil ve Zihinsel Beceri testlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi kapsamında, Göltaş Çimento ve iş ortakları ile paylaşılmasına muvafakat ediyorum.
